Say when you're open, and catch the catering.
The people who find you online ask three things: are you open, what is on the menu, and can you do a party of thirty. We build a site that answers the first two without a phone call, takes the third as a proper request, and gives you digital employees to draft the replies and watch the site.
Free website check. No card needed. About a minute.

Office managerLunch for 20 next Thursday. Do you cater?
Maya, digital employeeWe do! Any dietary needs? The owner will confirm the quote.

Catering and event questions
Drafts replies to catering, event and general questions from your fact sheet: capacity, lead times, what you can and cannot cater, the deposit policy. Complaints and anything about food safety or allergies come straight to you.
CustomerCan we book the back room for a birthday, about 15 people?
MayaHappy to help. Which date? Here's how room bookings and deposits work.
The details
Everything else, in plain words.
- The menu is a photo of a PDF
- A menu saved as an image or a PDF is slow on a phone, cannot be searched and cannot be read aloud by a screen reader. Most people checking you out from a car park will not wait for it to load.
- Hours and holiday closures drift out of date
- You closed early for a private event, or the holiday schedule changed, and three places online still say otherwise. Each wrong listing is a guest at a locked door.
- Catering and event requests go cold
- A request for a work lunch for twenty is worth many ordinary tables. It arrives in the same inbox as supplier mail, and whoever answers it first, with a clear price range and a date, usually wins it.
- The owner is also the cook
- Between the lunch rush and prep for tomorrow, replying to messages, tracking deposits and updating the website all lose to the grill.
A site as clear as a good menu board.
Built for restaurants and cafes: the menu as real text, hours that are easy to keep right, and a separate path for catering and events.
- The menu as readable web text, split into sections, with allergen and dietary notes where you provide them
- Hours, address, map and parking on every page, and a holiday-hours note you control
- A catering and private events page with a form that asks for date, headcount, budget range and dietary needs
- Links to the ordering and reservation tools you already use, checked to make sure they still open
- An about page that tells the story of the place in your own words
- Domain records prepared and verified once you add them, plus local search basics

A catering request on a slow Wednesday.
Marigold Corner Cafe is an invented neighborhood cafe, used only to show the flow. It is not a real business.
- Wednesday, 2:10 PMWebsite
An office manager fills in the catering form: forty people, a Friday lunch two weeks away, vegetarian options needed, a budget range.
- Wednesday, 2:13 PMDigital employee
Maya drafts a reply from the fact sheet: yes, the cafe caters groups this size with ten days' notice, here are the two lunch formats, and a deposit holds the date. The email says she is a digital employee.
- Wednesday, 3:20 PMYou
Between lunch and dinner prep, the owner reads the draft, adjusts the price range and approves it.
- ThursdayYou
The office manager accepts. The owner logs the deposit in the dashboard.

Jordan shows the deposit on the Finances page and lists the balance as due after the event.

Alex's check notices that the link to the online ordering page returns an error. It goes on the fix list before the weekend rush.
A large order was answered the afternoon it arrived, by someone who was also cooking. Nothing was sent that the owner had not approved.
Fictional exampleThe business and the people in this example are invented. It shows the order of events, not a result.
Most cafes already have a website, a listing or two and an ordering link. The business audit reads your real site and tells you what to keep, improve or replace before you pay for a rebuild, and the audit fee is credited toward a website order placed within 60 days.

- It is not a point-of-sale, an online ordering platform or a reservation system. The site links to the tools you already use.
- It does not give food-safety or allergen advice. Allergen details on your menu are the ones you provide, and questions about them come to you.
- It does not promise more covers or a better rating. It makes the site accurate and the requests easier to answer.
Can customers order food on the website?
Not through us. The site links to the ordering tool you already use, and Alex checks that the link still works. We do not run an ordering or delivery platform.
Can it keep my hours right on Google and other listings?
The website's hours are yours to update, and a holiday note is easy to change. Build my business prepares a Google Business Profile for you to verify. We do not take over your listings without you.
What about allergen questions?
Allergen and dietary details come from what you tell us. Questions about allergies, illness or complaints are never answered by a digital employee; they come to you.
I only run a small cafe. Is a website build too much?
The website is a one-time price with no subscription. If you are unsure what you need, the audit tells you honestly what to fix first, and it is credited toward a website order within 60 days.
