This is a live preview of the Build Room running a mobile detailing build. Statuses move as the build progresses; Ready and Fully Set switch on when the evidence says so.

    Nothing is simply “done”. Each system moves from Proposed to Executed to Tested to Verified, and you can see which.

    The few things only you can do are prepared, explained and tracked beside the build, never buried in it.

    Ready and Fully Set are not labels we apply. They turn on when the evidence says they should.

Having a website does not mean you need a new one.

If you already trade, the build starts with an inventory rather than a demolition. Every important system is classified, every call is explained, and you approve each one before anything changes. Work you have already paid for gets kept.

03Who does what

Three kinds of task. Only one is yours.

A payment processor has to verify the account owner. A bank account has to be opened by the person who owns it. A tax authority issues a number to you, not to an agent acting as you. We cannot do these, and you should not want a service that could.

We research, prepare, configure, connect, test or verify it.
Founder Action
Only you can do it: a signature, an identity check, a legal acceptance, a regulated account opening or a payment.
External provider
A government agency, bank, insurer, registered agent, accountant, lawyer or payment provider performs the final step.

Verify your identity with the payment processor

Payment processors are legally required to verify the account owner. We cannot do this for you, and you should not want anyone who could.

Most services stop at Executed: the account exists, the form is on the page. We keep going until what you should see is what you see, and we keep the evidence.

Payouts wait on your identity check

Payment processors are legally required to verify the account owner before releasing money. We created the account, configured it for your services and filled in your business details. The last step is yours and takes about ten minutes.

05The evidence log

Every check, written down.

Verification is only worth something if you can see it. The evidence log records each check the system runs, what it expected, what it found, and when.

Failed checks are retried and stay in the log. Checks that need you are marked as waiting. The whole log is handed over with the company.

When the company is Ready or Fully Set, there are two ways forward. Both start from the same fact: it is your company.

Six things change hands.

Handoff is a moment, not a process. The company is registered to you and hosted for you, and we are done.

No ongoing fee. You can come back for Self Operate later, and nothing about the build assumes you will.
