Before you decide
- One selected design, with 3 revision rounds within the agreed scope.
- Revisions cover wording, images, colours and minor layout changes to approved content. A new application, major integration or new brand direction is separately scoped.
- A later business setup is scoped from what you already have. Confirm the upgrade price and any website credit in writing before buying; no fixed upgrade credit is advertised.
- Included days do not turn into a subscription. If you choose the monthly plan, it renews monthly until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Your domain and outside accounts stay in your name. Your company export includes a manifest of its records and retained files; credentials and access tokens are excluded. Hosting, provider fees and any migration work need to be confirmed in your scope before purchase.
- Email support@selfoperate.com. A person reads escalated issues; our published aim is a reply within one business day, often sooner. See the Terms for billing, cancellation and remedies.
When will my website be ready?
We don't have enough finished builds yet to quote a typical number of days. Once you choose a direction, you can watch the pages take shape in your dashboard. Your site goes live after you approve the finished pages and add the domain records we prepare. The time your domain provider takes can vary.
When do the 14 days of SelfOperate start?
When SelfOperate handles your first customer after your site is live on your own domain: the first request it answers or the first payment it tracks. If no customer has come through 21 days after go-live, they start then. They do not start while we are building your site. Nothing is charged when they end.
Can I add the rest of the business later?
A later business setup is scoped from what you already have. Confirm the upgrade price and any website credit in writing before buying; no fixed upgrade credit is advertised.
